The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following mesh dimensions (640mm x 200mm x 110mm = 14,080cm³) and thus offers a 25% larger inflow area and 110% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh has very good cooling and back pressure properties. The intercooler weighs 10.5kg. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in the CFD system for the best possible internal air flow. This guarantees even filling of the intercooler. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to Ø70mm. The kit therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a pressure pipe made of cast aluminum. Completely ready-to-install kit from the turbo to the throttle valve (as shown). The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore suitable for racing. In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to carry out (1:1 exchange). All of our products are subject to constant quality monitoring. Suitable for racing.
