Specifically developed to meet the demanding requirements of the Hyundai i30 N, this intercooler is equipped with a new type of Competition mesh (Tube Fin) that measures 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped mesh: 14.3 liters). With a 44.3% larger airflow area and 101.4% larger mesh volume compared to the original intercooler, this high-performance mesh offers unmatched performance.
The end boxes made of high-quality cast aluminum were designed using CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the innovative performance high-performance network enables sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler through the use of a specially manufactured air baffle. This kit is therefore perfect for racing and offers optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
With an anti-corrosion coating that has outstanding heat conduction properties, the WAGNERTUNING intercoolers are optimally protected against environmental influences and offer a long-lasting and efficient cooling effect. Installation is effortless at the original mounting points and is easy to carry out thanks to the plug-and-play system. Like all of our products, this intercooler is also subject to strict quality control.
