This cooler is specifically designed to meet the needs of your i30 N and offers impressive performance increases.
Our intercooler is equipped with a modern competition mesh (Tube Fin) and has impressive dimensions: 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped mesh: 14.3 liters). Compared to the standard intercooler, it offers a massive 44.3% larger airflow area and an astonishing 101.4% more mesh volume.
Our cast aluminum end boxes were carefully designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result? Excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The newly developed high-performance mesh, complemented by a specially manufactured air baffle, ensures that neighboring components, such as the water cooler, receive sufficient airflow. Perfect for racing!
Our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also offers excellent heat conduction properties. This ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling performance for your i30 N. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is straightforward thanks to the plug and play design.
