Developed to meet the high demands of the S58 engine, this exceptional kit features a special Competition mesh that has an impressive 50% larger external mesh volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimal ratio between inner and outer cooling surface achieves maximum heat transfer while ensuring the best possible internal airflow. The end boxes made of high-quality die-cast aluminum were designed for optimal airflow conditions using CFD simulations, resulting in outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is the perfect choice.
The cast aluminum end boxes were created in CAD and optimized with the help of CFD simulations for the best possible internal air flow. An air duct integrated in the end box enables homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance network. The connection diameters were increased to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the standard intercooler.
In addition, all of our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and simply replaces the standard intercooler.
