The F40 M135i Eventuri Intake System was developed through extensive real world testing and airflow simulation analysis. It features our patented Venturi housing system with an integrated mass airflow sensor section for the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlet pipe. The housing encloses our bespoke Gen 2 dry filter which shapes the airflow to maintain laminar conditions. The housing seals to the front duct, the volume of which has been maximised to reduce potential flow restrictions. The duct ensures that only ambient air is fed to the filter so that the IATs are stable for most driving conditions. The system enables better throttle response and ensures that the turbo operates with a lower waste gate duty cycle.
The Eventuri Difference
The F40 M135i Eventuri system uses our patented carbon housings with our custom designed Gen 2 filters that provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbos. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that induces the Venturi effect and maintains laminar flow conditions to reduce drag on the turbo.
