Upgrade your AUDI A6 4A C8 with the original gesture control of the electric tailgate.
Here we provide you with the complete package for connecting this "sensor" to your AUDI A6 4A C8.
After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the KECODI coding interface supplied here uses the innovative KECODI that is already preset for you to fully automatically activate the sensor-controlled tailgate opening.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).
Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

The retrofitting of the original sensor-controlled tailgate opening / tailgate control is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 A4 C8 models of all years of manufacture and all body styles (Avant, Sedan, allroad) WITH an already installed electric tailgate (e.g. PR number: 4E7) and WITH an installed comfort key / KeylessEntry (e.g. PR number: 4F2, 4F6, 4I3).
Models without Keyless Entry / Kessy must be upgraded in advance - see article no.: 10776
The tailgate opens with gesture control using your foot when you stand behind the tailgate.
The comfort key recognizes that you are at the vehicle. The original control unit for the tailgate opening, which is installed in the rear diffuser, recognizes the foot gesture and the tailgate opens.
The electrical connection is very simple and is made to +12V, 0V and a signal line on the comfort control unit.
