The retrofitting of the original swiveling trailer hitch is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 4G models of all years of manufacture (pre-facelift / facelift), all body styles (sedan, Avant, allroad), all chassis variants (steel suspension, air suspension) and all equipment variants (with or without trailer hitch preparation).

The original pivoting tow bar extends when the new lever is pulled (located in the left tailgate panel).
