Thanks to our Active Valve Control, you can adjust your exhaust flaps individually depending on the driving situation and preferences. There are three different driving modes available in the Audi Drive Select menu :

Audi Drive Select: Comfort mode

In Comfort mode, both exhaust flaps are kept closed, even during cold starts. Enjoy a pleasantly muted noise level and a restrained driving style.

Audi Drive Select: Auto Mode

In Auto mode, the exhaust flaps behave 100% true to the original. Experience the familiar flap behavior that is provided at the factory.

Audi Drive Select: Dynamic mode

In Dynamic mode, both exhaust flaps are permanently open. Feel the full power of your Audi RS6 C8 Performance and let the sound of the engine resonate unhindered.

Innovative features for maximum engine protection:

Our flap module not only offers control and individuality, but also an important safety aspect. Driving at full load with the flaps closed can cause engine damage. For safety reasons, our module automatically opens both flaps at a speed of around 4000 rpm to relieve the load on the engine and protect it.

Flap reversal with just one button push:

We know that individuality also requires spontaneous changes, so we have integrated an innovative function that allows you to reverse the flaps in Comfort and Dynamic mode. This means that you can, for example, drive with the flaps closed in Comfort mode, but can easily reverse them if necessary by pressing the ESP button twice.
